FitPilot is built around one loop. You log what you lifted, it works out the next step, and SmartCoach speaks up only when something needs attention.

The loop

  1. Log

Weight, reps and RIR for every set. RIR is how many more reps you could have done.

  2. Next step

Progressive overload suggests more weight or more reps for your next session.

  3. Adjust

SmartCoach and recovery estimates show when to push and when to back off.

Progressive overload

Your next set, worked out.

After each session, FitPilot compares what you planned with what you did, then suggests the next target: more weight or more reps. You choose the method, the weight increment and your rep ranges.

Coaching and recovery

Push when you're ready. Rest when you're not.

SmartCoach

SmartCoach looks at what you log, how each exercise felt and any injury you report. When something needs attention, a cue appears next to that exercise in your workout. When you are on track, it stays quiet.

Recovery

Every set adds load to the muscles it trains. Target muscles take more, support muscles less. FitPilot estimates how long each one needs before it is ready again.

Behind each suggestion

What goes into every suggestion.

  • Effective reps

Fatigue is based on the hard reps close to failure, not just set count. A set taken close to failure counts for more than an easy one.

  • Stalls, diagnosed first

Before suggesting a change, FitPilot uses your RIR and feedback to tell too little training apart from too little recovery.

  • Your progression style

Progressive overload supports Microloading and Rotation, so the next step follows the way you like to train.
